Cadenzis helps you to set up a sound business case and define the right business model. We support you to implement this in your organization and embed it in your operation. Although we follow a creative approach, our structured methodology is geared to achieve a rapid and solid solution, based on years of experience.

1. Initiation
Before we start with the project, a project plan is set up containing all relevant details to set up a new service or launch a new product. This covers all relevant areas from scope, time, costs, quality, resources, risk analysis, communication to procurement. Our project management approach is based on PMI. In every phase we further refine the project plan. In this stage it is also decided if the project can be managed in a single stream or as a multiple stream of projects into one program.

2. Business study
In the business study phase we provide a business case and plan with the value proposition, required organization, business model and financial analysis. After approval we further sharpen the scope, requirements and acceptance criteria from all the stakeholders and develop the business process model and use cases. Based on all this information a proof of concept is developed.

3. Implementation
After approval of this proof of concept the project plan is further refined to conduct the implementation. In this phase all necessary measures are taken to reduce the time to market while keeping a close look on quality and costs.

4. Bring into service
After a successful implementation we ensure that the product or service is embedded in an existing or new organization with all necessary processes and procedures and that all required tests are being conducted

5. Business acceptance
When the new product or service is successfully embedded in the organization the project can be closed after all acceptance criteria are met. Cadenzis delivers a business acceptance plan containing all relevant information upon which the business owner can accept the implementation and sign off the project.

Our methodology can also be used to help in parts of the process, e.g. in only the business study or implementation phase.

Innovation is a creative process and the art of the game is to find a balance between creativity, efficiency and execution. It is not science but it is not a sheer playing field either. Cadenzis supports both the creative as well as the structured part of the development process.
